By downloading images from this website you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable laws, the RYA accepts no liability for any loss damages or expenses of any kind arising from use of this website or any of the images, video, audio, documents or text it contains.
Credit
A clearly visible credit in the form Skandia Team GBR/Photographer's Name shall be provided for all published images.
Alterations and defacement
Images shall be used without alteration with all sponsor's branding
intact. Images may be cropped as required by normal editorial
practice, but such cropping shall not be performed specifically to
remove sponsors' branding. Images may be colour corrected and
sharpened in accordance with normal editorial practice. Images shall
not be reproduced in a defaced or modified form.
Copyright
The copyright in all original photography on this site shall remain the property of the individual photographer (as detailed in the image captions) in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988.
Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions detailed here, Skandia Team GBR automatically licenses the use of images downloaded from this site for editorial purposes only.
Team sponsors and other specific users may have an additional license to use depending on their access privileges.
